QuickPosters Refund Policy

which refunds may be issued and the procedures for requesting a refund.
1. Subscription-Based Services
QuickPosters offers subscription-based services for premium features. These subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
(e.g., monthly or annually) and are managed through the respective app stores.
a. Google Play Store
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through the Google Play Store settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
- Refund Requests: Refunds for Google Play Store purchases are handled directly by Google. Users should visit Google Play Help Center to request a refund.
b. Apple App Store

2. In-App Purchases
QuickPosters may offer one-time in-app purchases for specific features or content.
- Refund Eligibility: In-app purchases are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made in cases where the purchased content is not accessible or functioning as intended.
- Requesting a Refund: Users should contact our support team at support@quickposters.in with details of the issue. We will investigate the matter and determine if a refund is warranted.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In certain situations, such as technical issues preventing access to purchased content or services, QuickPosters may consider issuing a refund.
- Eligibility: Refunds under exceptional circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
