Terms and Conditions for QuickPosters

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuickPosters mobile application ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

QuickPosters grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload or share content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to collect personal data without consent.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal and business information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). Please refer to their respective refund policies for more information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuickPosters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
